The Sliding Door Power Transfer is a Patent Pending steel cable lead and coil wire system designed for powering sliding doors with Smart Film or Glass. This system extends and contracts with door operation. The device keeps a constant pressure applied to the coil wire, which allows it to retract tightly, eliminating the unsightly sag that can accompany traditional coil wire systems.

Updated Version 2 introduces increased wire tension of 3lbs, and also improved durability. Tested to over 10k sliding door operations. Both ends of the device now include strong adhesive pads which allows suction to the surface of glass. For aluminum or other hard materials, both ends of this device can also be applied with included screws.

The box for this Sliding Door Power Transfer is 3"x2", 0.75" thick. The coil itself is 0.5" in diameter, and extends from 4" to 40".
