Surface Applied Power Delivery V2

The Surface Applied Power Delivery is a device that allows power to jump from a stationary point to an operable door or window when contact is made.

The benefit of this device is that each end attaches with just a single screw. No modification to door jambs or window frames required! The metal contacts are made from flexible aluminum tension springs, designed to retain shape and flexibility in exterior environments.

The aluminum tension spring is 1/4" wide, and 1/2" tall when uncompressed. The aluminum can be compressed to about 1/8" tall without permanently affecting its shape.

Each purchase includes one set of connectors (One set is 4 wires and 4 aluminum contacts, 2 black, and 2 red), which is sufficient to power smart film/glass for a single window or door. 11" wire leads are included.

Update V2 now includes a small base for the spring loaded pins to rest and align. The base is about 1/4" tall and 5/8 wide. The tension springs were changed to a steel alloy.
